So do you make any of the products or by from others and sell it?
Most the accessories I get from suppliers and sell, and most of the clothing are my own designs and then they are printed, quality tested, and shipped at the point of purchase, so there is no upfront cost on my end. It just depends which product it is. Some accessory items are using the same print method as the shirts.
That's my problem,i love to create but am bad about getting it set up on the business scale.
@Envianinteresting ok thanks.
Small business idea: go to a franchise expo and watch a wide variety of franchisors pitch their small businesses. Consider market demand (they present their research on this), investment level, and cultural fit. Here’s one coming up: https://www.franchiseexpomidwest.com/
Going to pick up some chisels some time. Anyone have a preferred brand of tools?
Dewalt, but I’m not sure about chisels
Does anyone besides me use a oldtimey straight razor to shave I can give some pointers on how to use it and all around how maintain it and plus keep it razor sharp plus you can use the methodology for your knife hoby's
True Traditional Shave
I’ve always wanted to get one and use it. Normal shaving razors always give me bad irritation
A good old fashion Razor is the best shave you will ever get
How difficult is it to use? Is there a real danger of accidentally slashing your jugular?
Its easy but you need a steady hand and it has to be sharp like a minimal .10 micron edge
but with a Sub .10 and finer edge it will glide over your face like your not even shaving
It also gives you the knowledge of how to make any steel edge sharp like a razor 😎
Where’d you get yours?
Art of the Shave but their prices are the most expensive but their razors are the best .........I think west coast shaving has better deals but shop around
any Razor you buy must be made out of High carbon Steel or S30v stainless steel or any metal above that but those blades are rare and expensive
If you maintain your Striaght Razor it will last a Lifetime
What do you do and use to maintain it?
Lapping compound, a good metal treatment oil and a 3" by 10" piece of glass with construction paper backing
I’m going to look into this more and do some research, thanks @V.Balboa - PA!
no problem once you go Old school you will never use a Mach3/shick Virgin shaver again
If you have any more questions just shoot me a DM
I keep my beard at a 3 or 4 with a trimmer. I never do a proper clean shave, but I can get away with it as a tradesmen.
I used to use a electric trimmer but now im a Ultra-clean shave kind of guy
There's an art of shaving close to me, how much are the strait razors?
Always wanted to learn how do the trad shave
TBH get a safety razor, a Merkur, and buy blades, I recommend Feather, or if you want to go cheap, Sword I think
Straight are nice for cutting cool designs in your face and going to work covered in toilet paper balls, but not ideal.
haha
Yeah I have a safety razor now, is there that much of a difference?
You can get a closer shave with a straight, but when it comes to time and maintenance...no thanks
You can't fly with it, because fat non-whites at TSA don't read their own Director's message about blades shorter than 2 inches and they claim they have "discretion"
I dumped a box in the garbage because they're idiots.
same with my Tom's of Maine
