basically the short story is Trump was being interviewed on air force one about the upcoming budget negotiations. It's one of those times where there could be a government shutdown again. Trump says he's not signing any funding bill that doesn't include funding for the wall. So in the interview he says if there's not funding for the wall then he *could* use the military to build the wall. @Freiheit - CA
