Does anybody carry a "tactical pen" in their EDC? I'm feeling like I might like to add one item to a pretty minimal daily carry and wouldn't mind a nice pen.

Without delving into the realm of weapons posting, it's typically a field pen, very durable, with refillable cartridges, writes really nicely and generally made of steel or aircraft grade aluminum, oftentimes has a "punch" end for breaking a car window in an emergency, among other uses.

I just carry a Mora on my belt (except at IE events, ofc)

Then again I don't work at an office

I work in an office ~85% of the time. I carry a kershaw leek every day, supremely useful item to have on you.

And I have a window puncher in my car

I never thought to carry a knife daily, but it's supremely useful - something I can't imagine living without - opening boxes, letters, prying items, even getting dirt out from under my fingernails. lol.

In regular life a leatherman is good

yeah that's a bit much for my tastes, I'm pretty minimalistic with my edc. I have one in my car though!

@Deleted User I grew into the habit in the Army, and need one even moreso now after retiring from that and working construction industry. Always a useful tool
