Back in February my wife walked out on an implicit bias training her School sent her to (part of a greater school training thing). I got pretty steamed that this existed at all. She couldn't understand why this upset me. And I couldn't articulate it very well. However, this Starbucks incident has been very educational and illustrative of the problem with implicit bias stuff.
