@Isabella Locke-MT I recommend Babylist registry and cosleeping. My mom bought us a crib but he sleeps in our bed, way easier for night feedings.
I have a Babylist
Nice
We got a little bassinet that rotates over the bed
@GDoctor amazon wishlists can dox people. We have a procedure in place.
As for cosleeping, Idk. I don't want to squish him
@Papa Pizzagate Oops, my bad.
Cosleeping is dangerous for drinkers and drug users, and I suppose the heaviest of sleepers who move around a lot. Otherwise your reaction times and awareness of the baby are up to par to not squish him.
We have other parents who cosleep. When you get into the parenting channel we can discuss more if you like.
As for "leeching," once you're a member your baby becomes any IE baby. One of us, one of us...
No worries brotha just want to make sure we don't give people the wrong idea! @GDoctor
if your baby can't defend itself from your sleeping body, then it was weak
Hardcore
Didn’t think I’d get that kind of dark humor when popping into general
dark humor = best humor
My husband and I are both light sleepers.
Shouldn't be an issue
If I wasn't a sufficiently light sleeper before, I know when you give birth something happens to your brain to make you one lol
>several people are typing
if your toddler can't defeat the patriarch of the household in hand-to-hand combat, then you birthed a gender studies major
I was a heavy sleeper before. Tbh not much has changed. Still fall asleep pretty much anywhere and baby has to make noise right next to me for a minute or two before I start to wake up.
I wonder how many babies will be at the conference?
Imagine how an IE twitter post with a dozen infants...
Infants do a banner drop
just realized we're going to need a daycare at future conferences <:nervous:359009898115104770>
My wife doesn’t want me to bring ours 😭😭
well
you gotta do what you gotta scooby dooby do
Ruh roh
@Grossly Incandescent tell your wife to learn to share
Lol maybe next year
IE babies are communal babies
It’ll be better for babies with our own venue. Eventually!
I ain't changing no diapers.
@Grossly Incandescent is your wife going?
I want her too, I’m going to spend the next few months trying to talk her into it
Awesome
Personally I will not be separated from mine till he's at least 9 months old
>all these people with babies
i thought it was pretty funny how the kids were so popular on the beach trip.
you wouldn't think a house full a bachelors would be so kid/family-friendly
