I don't even know if ceding is the right way to think of it. As it is right now, 40% of the country is not us, and they have equivalent political power. If we created zones for minorities, the area outside the zones would be 100% ours.

If you give another group land for any amount of time, it won't be temporary.

While I understand our bros from other regions are perhaps vexed by this, The South is the only part of America with a strong sense of Identity.
