I have a question - could AOC or Washington Post's Jennifer Rubin be held accountable in any way for trying to incite civil unrest for comments that they have been making about keeping lists of Trump supporter names and calling for them to be essentially blacklisted?

One would have to prove which votes were received after that time, so they would have had to have them already seperated

@realz - I was unaware that the house could invalidate entire states. I don't think it would ever happen without an order from the Supreme Court.

@realz if "major major evidence" is not found and the election flips back to Trump, I foresee a lot of rioting starting again

true - sometimes things look very obvious, but there ends up being an explanation ... possibly not a great one, but all they would need is enough to cause reasonable doubt.

If fraud is proven, I hope anyone involved is prosecuted to the fullest extent
