I've been reading up on it and I'm really wishing we weren't both white because then I could just have her over stay a travel Visa and get my pro bono ✡ lawyer to do the paperwork for me.

I'm mostly concerned with cost and timing we can't afford to have her traveling back and forth between America and Australia. We're also both living in rural areas so we can't just walk over to the local immigration office.

But in the meantime she can come over with NO visa for up to three months and while she’s here you guys can go talk to an immigration attorney

My old boss had her daughter come visit from Australia all the time, there must be an easy solution to your problem

TFW asking a bunch of nationalists how to bring my foreign girl friend into the country. It's actually pretty easy to travel back and forth but if you actually want to obey immigration laws it looks like it might be time consuming and expensive.
