All because too many blacks were getting felony charges and we need to give them a second chance

Fortunately this idiot tried to cash a 6,000 check on day so it’s felony now. But the idea that our laws are designed to protect criminal blacks who can steal almost $1000 a day with just a slap on the wrist is maddening
