Counter Currents is probably my favorite
Advice to everyone: cut down on the edge lord stuff and read some actual thought provoking content
@The Eternal Anglo it’s a pretty easy read, it’s so eye opening when you realize the [globalists] are such a problem that a 60 year old man who started his own religion felt the need to write such inflammatory things about them
Currently reading, "Red Famine." Gives a lot of insight during a specific time period
btw if anyone wants a copy of the Bell Curve my offer still stands
@Danpat Ah yes, the [redacted]. Historical books are always interesting, personally speaking, I love basically looking at their time period through their eyes
@Salo Saloson The Black Company is awesome.
I blitzed through the first book in a day
I still have to finish Blank Slate by Steven Pinker
had it on audio and then my earphones broke
@Jakob-NY, after getting "red-pilled" I made a conscious effort to read more challenging books, literature included.
I am reading "Lincoln: the Man" by Edgar Lee Masters and Tim Andersen's "The Dirty War on Syria."
Moby Dick isn't particularly "hard" -- the language is a bit archaic but pleasantly so.
And a small book on local plants (not drugs)
and I've got two of Nietzsche's books I have to finish reading
reminder that we have a literature server
and it's not just for political/racial stuff
@Salo Saloson Croaker is a good narrator. The Lady is basically what would happen if Anime becomes real (nothing good)
I mean, The Lady isn't _that_ bad
Lady 2020
She's probably the last bad bad guy (woman in this case) out there. Although my mental image of her is some 80s-style sorceress with giant hair and skimpy clothing
I'm an aurtiste, so I don't always focus on literature (or older works). Trying to create art to provide an alternative to our pozzed culture is something we need more people doing
Apparently they are getting Eliza Dushku to play her. Real dumb miscast.
So few artists, so little time
I just read 4PT
It was quite bad
@OttoVonBismarck Your Duginist War Bride is en route
One of my favorite books beautifully written, and self glorifying. https://www.amazon.com/Reminiscences-Bluejacket-Books-Douglas-MacArthur/dp/1557504830/ref=sr_1_1?qid=1550462642&refinements=p_27%3ADouglas+MacArthur&s=books&sr=1-1&text=Douglas+MacArthur
I don't think the TV thing would work anyway. It'd just turn into a gimped Game of Thrones
@Salo Saloson Of course that is what the producers want
I can't get into Dugin, not when the guy boils down, "Russia must reorient towards the East"
see, I like Vikings for the precise reason that they _didn't_ go gimped GoT. But then they did. And I hate that I enjoy the first couple seasons of the show.
Vikings is good to cut off at season 3
Like GoT cuts off at 4. So you can assume Stannis wins.
I enjoyed 4PT, but Dugin loses me with the geopolitical stuff.
Dugin's geopolitical ideas are kinda weird at times, but they seem to come entirely from a place of "we need to beat the Atlanticists."
For any Russian bots listening, Oklahoma is nowhere near the Atlantic. <:nervous:359009898115104770>
>American
>Atlanticists
They both start with "A", people! Open your eyes!
Is there a Russian Alex Jones equivalent?
@OttoVonBismarck what was wrong with it?
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN Vladimir Zhirinovsky is pretty similar with his crazy rants
@Mojave Paisan - NV I will look him up for a laugh
