@Virgil Okay, so, in Washington State, affirmative action is technically illegal. Colleges don't literally spell out for you, "we're giving you affirmative action". However, they found a loophole around it. There's nothing stopping them from asking as essay question that's designed to be easier for minorities to answer. So I answered it.
