Using a program like pidgin you can create accounts and conferences rooms on a computer or server and invite users to connect from their device.

2020-04-27 22:48:39 UTC

The thing is not many people are using PC's so we have to brainstorm something phone friendly but still secure.

2020-04-27 22:49:06 UTC

It’s 2020 my guy

2020-04-27 22:49:49 UTC

I mean, I’d definitely prefer to use my phone if at all possible

2020-04-27 22:49:56 UTC

Discord has an app for both iPhone and Android. One nice thing about it is you can do a notification that will broadcast to everyone who has the app.

2020-04-27 22:50:05 UTC

Discord isn’t secure

2020-04-27 22:50:21 UTC

depends on what you're communicating.

2020-04-27 22:50:25 UTC

Admins of Servers need to communicate securely via Wickr, Signal, or something else.

2020-04-27 22:50:46 UTC

Nothing posted here should be incriminating what so ever.

2020-04-27 22:51:42 UTC

If wickr is secure I can definitely use that

2020-04-27 22:52:08 UTC

And if wickr terminates your acc?

2020-04-27 22:52:56 UTC

Is that common?

2020-04-27 22:53:14 UTC

Doesn’t matter. It’s possible is this issue

2020-04-27 22:53:37 UTC

We should be careful about outsourcing communication

2020-04-27 22:54:07 UTC

Oh I agree there

2020-04-27 22:55:56 UTC

Wickr doesnt leak information. From the best of my understanding they couldnt even if they wanted too.

2020-04-27 22:56:17 UTC

Hence why if you forget your account info your fucked because they save absolutely nothing.

2020-04-27 22:58:33 UTC

I've got a list of every Intel member's fb id up until this last week.

If the Boojiebastard groups get yote, we can split the list and start inviting them here over DMs

===========================

Platform's a tricky thing. I wager most of us lack the technical proficiency to host anything of consequence, and very few of us want lemp'd.

I propose that rather than a "boog platform", we subdivide topics into a federation of forums and chatrooms dedicated to specific topics hosted by different people, and with no explicit boog branding.

Strong encrypted com's don't scale well, and should be kept to your local groups with strong vetting.

For everyone who doesn't already know, a Mewe has been set up by i believe the TBL group, here's the link

Basically a guide to forming groups.

https://freetofindtruth.com/groups/boogaloo/members/all-members/ I started a group on another platform for redundancy...

t.me/notboog

Not quite sure how to get this to link directly to the telegram group but copy paste into a url then switch to the app and you should be g2g.

So I saw the cheap $25 radio and got mixed reviews. What's the least you can spend for a radio what's worth a fuck.

2020-04-28 02:41:09 UTC

If you're going above Baofeng, the Yaesu brand has a good following. Same with Wouxun.

2020-04-28 02:42:13 UTC

When it comes to cheap radios, steer away from "Onn" brand. They're trash

2020-04-28 02:45:10 UTC

Thanks ill look into both of the other brands

2020-04-28 03:29:33 UTC

So around $100 is the minimum starting price.

2020-04-28 03:31:13 UTC

> So around $100 is the minimum starting price.
@[TX]YimYam You wanted something over the $25 starters, this is the next tier.

2020-04-28 03:33:46 UTC

But they are worth while right?

2020-04-28 03:35:08 UTC

Ham operators swear by them. You will eventually upgrade if the bug bites you.
