this was always my favorate bit from this show
I'm actually in the process of adjusting my diet. I'm not particularly fat, but I am gaining. I also snack way too much. Hardest part is that food is just too damn good.
That and caffeine withdrawal.
Cutting Soda helps a lot

also, eat a huge breakfast. eggs, bacon, and some greens and you probably won't need food till dinner
I eat nothing but Pasta & pizza with the occasional steak, chicken, hot dog, & fries. I've never tried soda, only ever drink water, lemonade, fruit punch, & milk. At my heaviest I was 170lb
My diet is garbage, but avoiding shit like Soda has kept me thin
it all boils down to how much you consume, you can eat cake every day, just stay between what you burn in calories
