@ImNotGas interesting, TX AG in Crowderbits said the amicus briefs were friends of the court briefs by the other states -- I believe he said Trumps "intervening" status meant he was actually participating in the case.

@Dedkraken your half the states on each side?? unclear four states responded by 3:00 PM or intervened-- watching Crowder earlier interview with TX AG -- Crowder guessed 4-10 states would "intervene" which means they would have more skin in the game as part of the suit

@txgho yeah, the interview I am watching (done earlier today on Crowderbits with TX AG) says the Amici (sp?) briefs are filed as friends of the court, they are up to 18 as AZ joined in today I think -- "Intervening" is actually joining the lawsuit. I was a little deflated cause I had yesterday that the 17 states filing the Amici (sp?) briefs meant the states were actually joining. Oh well going back to finish listening to Crowder -- he is funny, in my opinion.

@Stygian Abyss but isn't that the problem -- the states in the suit per the suit were not following their STATE CONSTITUTIONS -- so isn't the TX sit speaking on behalf of their voters as well. I have watched HOURS and HOURS of testimonies from people who have supplied affidavits.

@ImNotGas @Zuluzeit I live just outside of Louisville KY -- Breona stuff should make you edgy - it's a tragedy - I don't blame the police - the officer who got shot "just in the leg" would have died if officers (with bodycams) who showed up on the scene, pretty scary stuff. The boyfriend who started the shooting didn't get injured -- how did that happen??

@ImNotGas for the record I am on LMPD's side. The police had an active shooter at the point they began shooting. It is a tragedy Breona was killed, but I don't believe the police are at fault.

@Zuluzeit I agree, a decision so fast seems impossible. I have watched hours of state legislature hearings, how can none of the evidence matter -- this is for our commander in chief.

It began for me when the Detroit canvassor, Ms Palmer was BULLIED and THREATENED via zoom by her fellow so called public servants. Her address was given out, her child's school -- even a photo of a child being horribly torchored and murdered to imply that is what would happen to her child if Ms Palmer didn't "submit". I then began watching ALL the State Hearings -- it has been an eye opener.

@james j YOU are the delusional one if you don't think that video is real. One of the women in the video has confessed via facebook, begging for forgiveness and lawyering up. Another posted video shows one of the women of "video-gate" palming a memory card in the main vote counting area. And yet another posted video by one of the perps (she herself posted, laughing) shows her entering ballots with which have no return addresses or signatures on envelopes. When you have watched over one hundred hours of testimony by people who have signed legal affidavits then you might have an opinion that should be considered.

@inwa @james j @SoonMrWick that "common" view resulted in my Dad being euthanized in Florida, when actually he was still working and contributing so much. He was 77.

@james j you would be surprised at how often this happens in hospitals. Without my Dad's knowledge and extradinary duress they placed on my Mom his heart meds were withheld and he was given a high dose of morphine in a drip. It took several days, I felt so helpless. When I questioned and then reached out to Dad's Drs at home, who backed me up my sisters tried to get me banned from the hospital.

He went in with terrible backpain. . Ended up being a stress fracture. They didn't give him his heart meds for a couple of days (also happens a lot in hospitals), while he was having xrays he told them he was having a heart attack. They thought he was feeling claustrohopic. Anyway, when they did the enzyme (?) test, he had, had a heart attack. Because of his age and history with his heart they decided it was time for him to go. A lot of times after a heart attack a person will be out of it for a while, that along with the pain meds for his back he didn't know what was happening.

@james j actually I have some friends who are nurses and they said it happens all the time. Especially when you go in for something else. AND they think your body can handle a few days of not getting. About two years earlier in a KY Baptist Hospital where he was in for surgery, they also didn't give him his meds -- he actually flat lined -- they brought him back but told us when we reached hospital he was out of it and not going to make it. I walked in his room expecting him to be about gone -- he said "B******* they haven't given me my heart medicine" I went to the CCU desk and told them what he said, they said that isn't possible. I insisted they check and sure enough he hadn't been given his heart meds for almost 3 days. He got his meds and started to recover immediatley with a much more damaged heart. SO IMPORTANT TO HAVE SOMEONE AS AN ADVOCATE WHEN IN THE HOSPITAL.
