@M4Gunner the issue is this from a strict point of view is how does this conflict start and what needs to happen for it to end. If there is no way to see an end then you end up with things like the war on drugs where it just becomes a nebulous resource drain until you are willing to form a condition that allows the conflict to end. The problem being there is 1 way to end that conflict and no modern political leader is willing to go there.

@Ruggwain the problem is you would need to completly redo the tax code for example Ford has an engine plant near me the point of that plant is to loose as much money as humanly possible on paper while manufacturing the engines that they need to distribute.
