@Goblin_Slayer_Floki the issue with the abortion issues is that the measure was sent to the voters and they decided the issue not the law makers so the supreme court may have to say the voter has the right
Unless scotus states the measure itself is unconstitutional.

Example.
Man and woman together. Kid born. 5 years after divorce. Man gets child support ordered. Man proves dna isnt his. Man still ordered to pay as "implied responsibility after 5 years"
I suppose if you had been a father to that child for 5 years it's not entirely unreasonable

cancel child support and keep single moms home on the weekend, not up in the club
