Let me just be seriuos for a moment and givemy opinion about this and tell you my plans.

I will be coming with a fairly large contingent of Texas Daily Strormer Book Clubs, Vanguard Texas, and others. We'll be carrying Confederate fl;ags, and since we're from Texas we'll also be sporting some of the more aggressive historical Texas flags, like the Bloody Arm Banner, to represent. We are also Daily Stormer, so we'll be representing that as well with some of our banners and signs etc. I think there is room here for every kind of flag, but the Confederate flags will and should be the overriding thing. That said, I'm not running anything here, this is just my opinion and our plans.

Yeah, I would have done one by myself but those take more prep time and the show was late by the time Irealized my secoind guest was not set up to do a podcast.

But the thing about these flags is -the Confederate flag is an absolute necessity, and here's why:

You can't really just have an event where you say "we're White & we're here!" That's been done over and over and the results are always underwhelming. There has to be an event you are protesting, or a protest you are counterprotesting, or the general public just thinks "wtf?" Campus speeches seem to be the only exception to this.

This event was triggered originally by the attempt to remove Lee's statue, and people understand that.

It's a concept they can wrap their minds around, the destruction of their history and the denigration of their ancestors.

And the Confederate flag is emblematic of this particular struggle.

You have to think about these things on an archetypal level. That's where meme magic comes from.
