I have a behavioral therapist for ptsd but dont visit her often, maybe like once or twice a year, she has me come in to make sure im good and not at risk

But i do notice not being on meds, i get irritated easier and have rage fits but thats when i try to remember JLPs advice and scriptures

But honestly I mostly notice a mood swing probably in relation to that if I’m not eating properly or hasn’t eaten in a couple of hours

Its a work in progress though, the fact that you consciously know these things about yourself means you’re well in stride to live a mentally healthy life and hopefully you’ll pass it on in your aspiring profession
