My health condition they say causes mood swings

I have hyperthyroidism

But honestly I mostly notice a mood swing probably in relation to that if I’m not eating properly or hasn’t eaten in a couple of hours

For sure, and sometimes not having energy could be as simple as me not drinking enough water

Oh yes

I have to stay hydrated esp

Its a work in progress though, the fact that you consciously know these things about yourself means you’re well in stride to live a mentally healthy life and hopefully you’ll pass it on in your aspiring profession
