2018-10-03 01:19:14 UTC

Traps are gayer than actually being gay

2018-10-03 01:19:45 UTC

@hbutzer0511 you think it's because of the soy or possibly to protect them from false allegations?

2018-10-03 01:20:41 UTC

2018-10-03 01:24:01 UTC

@ThisIsChris oh god I know what youโ€™re talking about

2018-10-03 01:26:00 UTC

She says she wouldn't marry a drunk. Any man who married her would become a drunk pretty soon.

2018-10-03 01:26:02 UTC

Hopefully whites stop going to Georgetown, like they did at Mizzou

2018-10-03 01:33:04 UTC

Alumi haved already ceased donations at many universities, but it's crucial to end federal funding

2018-10-03 01:38:12 UTC

The blue checkmark and the brackets are a bit redundant

2018-10-03 01:40:27 UTC

@Sam Anderson spring 2016 called.

2018-10-03 01:40:36 UTC

2018-10-03 01:50:27 UTC

Iโ€™ve met a few guys irl who agree with out political circles. Pure coincidence

2018-10-03 01:56:40 UTC

I sense a reawakening of the viking spirit on the horizon

2018-10-03 01:56:58 UTC

It just happened the second you posted that.

2018-10-03 02:03:09 UTC
2018-10-03 02:05:57 UTC

We all need a Salvini

2018-10-03 02:13:14 UTC

He's honestly very similar to Trump except he continously puts his money where his mouth is

2018-10-03 02:14:35 UTC

Salvini posting is extremely high T. He alternates between rants about expelling invaders, and pictures of the pasta he made for dinner

2018-10-03 02:14:47 UTC

Salvini has delivered or has begun the process of delivering his promises. I think we're gonna see Lega pick up more seats next election and Salvini will be able to pretty much stand alone without a coalition support propping him up. He was able to bail On Berlusconi last time, let's hope he can bail on 5 Star next.

2018-10-03 02:15:01 UTC

@Nicholas1166 - NY thats the duality of the Italian my friend

2018-10-03 02:15:46 UTC

I never got what the problem with 5 star was. Other than salvini being influential and getting things done.

2018-10-03 02:16:01 UTC

I like everything he does, but I am a little concerned over the coalition budget. Considering how bad their debt-gdp ratio is, they really need to make sure they don't overspend

2018-10-03 02:16:51 UTC

5 Star is big tent

2018-10-03 02:16:58 UTC

Debt doesnt really matter

2018-10-03 02:17:02 UTC

A lot of its influential base are moderate to moderate left

2018-10-03 02:17:06 UTC

Gdp is big tent too

2018-10-03 02:17:27 UTC

5 Star is hard on economics but socially they're willing to bed

2018-10-03 02:17:43 UTC

They nearly formed a government with the social democrats.

2018-10-03 02:17:47 UTC

Lega has grown in popularity quite a bit, they might not need five star next time

2018-10-03 02:17:56 UTC

But they probably wont' be able to clear 40% alone

2018-10-03 02:18:04 UTC

Salvini kind of needs to keep them under his fist like he has been

2018-10-03 02:18:05 UTC

I mean I'm lefty economically. But socially hardline right

2018-10-03 02:18:15 UTC

5 Star isn't hard right socially though.

2018-10-03 02:18:33 UTC

Salvini started out as a social democrat/lukewarm socialist or something like that

2018-10-03 02:18:43 UTC

5 Star is just tough on economics because they do the euroskeptic bit

2018-10-03 02:18:59 UTC

@Nicholas1166 - NY as have other notable Italians ๐Ÿ˜‰

2018-10-03 02:19:07 UTC

I thought 5 star was who the media were crying about the most and salvini kind of blind sided everyone

2018-10-03 02:19:20 UTC

No they were pretty scared of lega

2018-10-03 02:19:24 UTC

Yes, very notable italians, with very strong jaw lines

2018-10-03 02:19:43 UTC

John Oliver said that 5 Star was like the ukip of Italy, where as salvini was a "new mussolini"

2018-10-03 02:19:51 UTC

Media doesn't like five star because antiestablishment, but its lega that really gets their blood boiling

2018-10-03 02:19:53 UTC

I get they were scared of lega but it seems like 5 star was who they focused on

2018-10-03 02:20:05 UTC

5 Star was a huge chunk of votes

2018-10-03 02:20:09 UTC

Probably because 5 star was way more powerful

2018-10-03 02:20:10 UTC

And the EU is scared of 5 Star

2018-10-03 02:20:14 UTC

^^

2018-10-03 02:20:16 UTC

This is when the election was going on

2018-10-03 02:20:37 UTC

The reason league wasnt as attacked as strongly is because they expected them to stay in the center right coalition and for Berlusconi to get more votes

2018-10-03 02:21:03 UTC

Lega was excepted to do well but not dominate their coalition

2018-10-03 02:21:09 UTC

Yeah forza almost crashed as hard as PD

2018-10-03 02:21:33 UTC

You can't be pro immigration in italy anymore and expect to win elections, which of course, is a good thing

2018-10-03 02:21:42 UTC

Not that forza was really ever pro immigrant, but pd was for sure

2018-10-03 02:22:13 UTC

Salvini also while the face of lega for a while, is now the face of the Italian establishment. You hear very little about Conte.

2018-10-03 02:22:23 UTC

Salvini dominates Italian politics.

2018-10-03 02:23:10 UTC

I'd say he has a good chance at the PM position later down the line but I'm not so sure that's a great idea honestly

2018-10-03 02:23:25 UTC

@Kingfish Absolutely. If they have another election soon lega will probably explode

2018-10-03 02:23:28 UTC

He seems quite well off running the show from A smaller position without as much of the heat.

2018-10-03 02:23:30 UTC

In a good way

2018-10-03 02:23:41 UTC

Yeah, he runs the rhetoric more than the administration

2018-10-03 02:23:57 UTC

Yeah he really defines the new regime without having to actually take the heat of leading it

2018-10-03 02:24:15 UTC

Which is a pretty ideal position for ambitious men who wish to maintain and extend power

2018-10-03 02:24:28 UTC

Although, to be fair, he takes a lot of heat anyway, probably more than conte. He just doesn't have to focus on the nuts and bolts

2018-10-03 02:24:53 UTC

Yeah he absolute does take a lot of the heat through media and threats, but he's got a few hurdles he can stand behind

2018-10-03 02:25:13 UTC

Yeah, I get that, he kind of lacks vulnerability
