What I'm saying is that it doesn't do anything other than add emphasis to what you're saying. If people take that and say "well they swore and that makes the argument of what they're saying weaker" or "swearing is generally dumb" that's their own fault, or mentally, it could be them finding reasons not to take the argument seriously.

And just like with your property (whose redistribution is governed by inheritance laws), your organs are something that is basically inheritable, and so the default position is that they be inherited. And the government allows you to let it rot along with the rest of yourself. That said, you indeed should be able to have some say in what happens, just like with a regular will. Don't wanna donate your lungs to a smoker? Just tick that box.
