Canada is equally to blame for the situation I the Middle East. To call it Pussy footing is to compare car to a building our whole presence in Afghanistan did sweet fuck all were just sticking our toe in the water and saying we are helping, and itโ€™s the same shit with Mali. Iโ€™m alright hearing climate bs I can ignore it from a government but we are literally fucking countries with the mast of our ship that we canโ€™t tell if itโ€™s sinking or weโ€™ve been doing it wrong

2019-10-10 20:11:21 UTC

the principal of Churchill is going to go down. the mother tried to meet with him a few times, and all he did was ignore her. he's done this before, but it won't work this time. too many eyes are on him.

2019-10-11 00:04:45 UTC

lol i did call that as being the most memeable moment

2019-10-11 00:06:52 UTC

I don't suppose anyone is watching the french debates? lol

2019-10-11 00:07:35 UTC

they don't have the timer on screen like for the English debates

2019-10-11 00:17:19 UTC

Not sure why it's not showing the description or anything, but that's the livestream of the French debate with English translation

2019-10-11 00:25:49 UTC

im turning it on

2019-10-11 00:26:20 UTC

lol they changed format by the look of it

2019-10-11 00:26:33 UTC

b.c it was shit in the english debate

2019-10-11 00:27:52 UTC

instead of FFA, they do groups of 3

2019-10-11 00:28:53 UTC

right now talking about what they'll do to help seniors living alone

2019-10-11 00:29:46 UTC

its all liberal issues

2019-10-11 00:29:50 UTC

no actual issues

2019-10-11 00:30:58 UTC

when it first started they went over the climate BS again.

2019-10-11 00:32:11 UTC

weres discussion on immigation?
where is the foreign policy?
military?

2019-10-11 00:32:26 UTC

HAHAHAHA singh just said he wouldnt raise taxes

2019-10-11 00:32:35 UTC

*on middle class

2019-10-11 00:32:38 UTC

yeah

2019-10-11 00:32:49 UTC

May's French is pretty terrible.

2019-10-11 00:33:02 UTC

watch him change the definition of middle class to mean nothing.

2019-10-11 00:33:30 UTC

she frenchifies an english word every once in a while.

2019-10-11 00:33:52 UTC

when there is a different French word to use for it.

2019-10-11 00:34:21 UTC

The problem with their stupidity is for most people to join the middle class or stay in the middle class (through retirement) they will make large sums of money during 2-10 years of best pay.
If you and your wife both make 150-250k (together) you are in the top 10 %

2019-10-11 00:34:48 UTC

most people will join that top 10% for a year or two

2019-10-11 00:35:55 UTC

What is considered middle class in terms of income?

2019-10-11 00:36:14 UTC

between 80-150k if im not mistaken

2019-10-11 00:36:52 UTC

That seems high.

2019-10-11 00:38:13 UTC

```Median income is the point at which half the families in a country earn more and the other half earns less. Right now that figure is 92,700 Canadian dollars for families and 33,000 Canadian dollars for individuals.```
2019-10-11 00:39:08 UTC
```So what does it take in Canada to be in the middle class? The median household income reached $70,336 in 2015, according to the latest census data. That is the middle point of the national income ladder.```

2019-10-11 00:40:27 UTC

it does depend where you are, maybe my area influences my opinion on it

2019-10-11 00:40:46 UTC

you live near fort mcmurray? lol

2019-10-11 00:40:52 UTC

nah GTA

2019-10-11 00:40:57 UTC

ah, same

2019-10-11 00:41:15 UTC

If I made 100k a year, I'd be set.

2019-10-11 00:41:21 UTC

like god damn.

2019-10-11 00:41:29 UTC

a teacher round gta get start around 60 and go up to 120 (principal)

2019-10-11 00:41:49 UTC

teachers i find have fairly good view of "middle class salary"

2019-10-11 00:41:55 UTC

middle to upper

2019-10-11 00:42:32 UTC

so if you have two teachers 10 years in they can earn 180K to 200k ish

2019-10-11 00:42:51 UTC

at their peak earnings thereby being in upper class

2019-10-11 00:43:30 UTC

that's ridiculous

2019-10-11 00:43:38 UTC

the other issue is people often spend too much and thereby earn at one level but live at a lower level.
earning 200k but spend so hard they are having trouble with finances

2019-10-11 00:43:40 UTC

why does anyone take them seriously when they go on strike?

2019-10-11 00:44:14 UTC

Maybe people should stop being stupid with their money.

2019-10-11 00:44:19 UTC

that would help

2019-10-11 00:44:25 UTC

canadians are addicted to credit

2019-10-11 00:45:06 UTC

Social credit?

2019-10-11 00:45:13 UTC

I think he means loans

2019-10-11 00:45:19 UTC

like credit cards and such

2019-10-11 00:45:23 UTC

Y not both?

2019-10-11 00:45:26 UTC

no

2019-10-11 00:45:54 UTC

good troll, though.

2019-10-11 00:46:38 UTC

```Canadians owed roughly $1.74 in credit market debt in the second quarter, which includes consumer credit, mortgages and non-mortgage loans, for every dollar of household disposable income, the agency said Friday. ```
2019-10-11 00:47:16 UTC
```total credit market borrowing increased to $23.5 billion```

2019-10-11 00:47:25 UTC

why

2019-10-11 00:47:27 UTC

jfc

2019-10-11 00:47:41 UTC

don't spend what you don't have.

2019-10-11 00:47:44 UTC

it's not hard

2019-10-11 00:48:00 UTC

keeping up with the jones's

2019-10-11 00:48:19 UTC

how many canadians do you know that dont have the latest phone?

2019-10-11 00:48:40 UTC

people are baffled that I have a 5-6 year old phone

2019-10-11 00:48:53 UTC

I don't even know what the latest phones are.

2019-10-11 00:49:01 UTC

I just get a new one after mine craps out.

2019-10-11 00:49:05 UTC

which is years

2019-10-11 00:49:15 UTC

i have a 5s i upgraded from 5c a bit ago cause that one broke

2019-10-11 00:50:26 UTC

```As of 2015, when the census data was collected, it took a household income of over $91,000 just to make it into the very bottom of Fort McMurrayโ€™s middle class. To be in the third quintile โ€” the middle section of the middle class โ€” you had to be making, roughly, between $163,000 and $221,000. Being in the top quintile took around $300,000, over twice the minimum of $131,000 it takes, on average, in Canada.```
2019-10-11 00:51:05 UTC
yeah Fort McMurray is crazy, wtf.
2019-10-11 00:51:10 UTC
why is it so high?
2019-10-11 00:51:23 UTC
that was back in the booming oil
2019-10-11 00:51:26 UTC
trudeau has fixed that
2019-10-11 00:51:27 UTC
ah
2019-10-11 00:51:30 UTC
great
2019-10-11 00:51:33 UTC
thanks trudeau
2019-10-11 00:51:36 UTC
i doubt its as high now
2019-10-11 00:52:03 UTC
Now they're talking about better services in French.
2019-10-11 00:52:05 UTC
zzzzzzzzzzz
2019-10-11 00:52:22 UTC
does quebec do anything but suck on the govt teat?
2019-10-11 00:52:39 UTC
I don't think so.
2019-10-11 00:53:41 UTC
lol bernier just answered that question great
2019-10-11 00:53:41 UTC
It's stupid, too, because they have all the maple syrup, and they have a lot of their own electric power.
2019-10-11 00:55:28 UTC
i'm out of this debate its just the same as the english
2019-10-11 00:55:34 UTC
bad questions
2019-10-11 00:56:13 UTC
yeah, and it's the same policies/talking points
2019-10-11 01:02:53 UTC
Now they're talking about aboriginals
2019-10-11 01:12:29 UTC
interesting, they're talking about trade with china
2019-10-11 01:15:11 UTC
foreign policy and immigration
2019-10-11 01:15:19 UTC
actual section for this discussion
2019-10-11 01:50:55 UTC
now they're talking about SNC Lavalin
2019-10-11 01:51:07 UTC
might be worth re-watching later.
2019-10-11 01:51:11 UTC
if you missed it
2019-10-11 23:17:53 UTC
Canada needs to do more to combat climate change!
http://folk.uio.no/sigurdkn/tropomi/no2_201909_u1_map.png Canada is the problem
2019-10-12 00:51:43 UTC
looking at the recent polls it seems that even by their standards ppc had bump from the debates
2019-10-12 00:54:17 UTC
well looks like bernier is taking a slight lead in his riding
