I say just stick to 5 sets of 5 clean reps, once or twice a week, for 3-6 months.

the only thing with chris is that he advocates for split routines, whereas blaha says that performing a full body workout 2-3 times a week is sufficient

I actually have a membership to PF too, for late night cardio. It doesnโ€™t seem bad. I know a local guy who competes in the Arnold Classic and he works out at PF.

Naw, the gym for me is like active meditation these days. Iโ€™ve kind of hit my physique goals, I mostly go as a part of life now. I feel like Iโ€™m flying when Iโ€™m in the gym.
