yeah,i used to follow a progeam by some guy called jason blaha - used to only use a 5x5 set - rep scheme

maanged to reach a 90 for 3 pause bench but got injured through sport and here i am
@Daribig blaha is cool. I like Chris Jones (Pumpchasers).
I say just stick to 5 sets of 5 clean reps, once or twice a week, for 3-6 months.
the only thing with chris is that he advocates for split routines, whereas blaha says that performing a full body workout 2-3 times a week is sufficient
Make sure youโre getting enough calories, protein, carbs and fats.

working out at my local gym ruins my mood if i go at the wrong time - bunch of school kids come and hog the racks while having a dick measuring contest on the bench
@Daribig naw, I first started at home and it was lackluster. Started hitting the gym in 2012 and my progress exploded. $9.99 for everything you need.

I actually have a membership to PF too, for late night cardio. It doesnโt seem bad. I know a local guy who competes in the Arnold Classic and he works out at PF.
if you can, as @MufflePuff said, prioritise a gym with 24/7 hours
I wouldnโt do weights at PF though because I like to grunt, spit and drop weights.

I personally donโt care if itโs packed wall to wall. Iโm in the zone.
yep - i used to take pre workout and being in the zone while working through 7 x 3 deadlifts is wicked

Naw, the gym for me is like active meditation these days. Iโve kind of hit my physique goals, I mostly go as a part of life now. I feel like Iโm flying when Iโm in the gym.
