I was unaware of that, I believe it's quite negligible but the difference is small enough that I'm alright with it. Will be edited soon.

It was quite high since the rush started, like 8+ per night. Yesterday was less because we didn't have many interviewers online and my power went out on my 3rd interview.

@Thomas I get a lot of responses to my messages, usually saying that they will be able to interview sometime 'this week,' (since the last sentence of the message asks them if they can do that). It is still only a fraction of the total number of people I message. The people who do message me seem to view me as the 'good guy' and will reach out to me afterwards especially if they get denied for one reason or another.

Here's the most typical interaction:

I think it works well in establishing a point of contact, someone they view as a person, as opposed to the impersonal "interviewing process."

in the Secondary Evaluative Questionnaire section Q2 still reads as Q14 from the previous version of the script.

For the unaffiliate questions Q1 and Q8 are partially redundant. Q11 is incomplete.

Alright, so the vision I had for the Note taking format was to eliminate the need to fill in the upper section, and just have all pertinent information front-loaded in the questions. I want us to be able to go from Test Q, to Q1, Q2, Q3, etc all the way down.

Additionally, I do not like the idea of separating our Notes between the sections of questions. The separation is for our organization when it comes to the script, and should not be noted in the records we keep or send off to the vetting personnel.

This is to maintain a level of concealment about our interview process.

Seems like a good initial summary.

That section serves the same purpose as it used to, to keep the record perfectly clear. You do not have to fill in both during the interview, just the main questions. No jumping around necessary.
