@all On November 30th, I messaged Jackson GA (838443) with the information and record of Interviewee-691498. Jackson GA viewed all of those messages, but never responded, at all. In my opinion, he has become unreliable. Who else can I contact in Georgia?
For this same reason, I don't know who to send Unafil-791593 to (who just interviewed tonight).

On the Jackson GA situation... He didn't provide the name of anyone who could take over the vetting there? I will ask him for one and go with his recommendation. If no recommendation appears, we will have to send the records off to Lawrence FL again.
Keep me posted on how things are going guys. I'm gonna be adding more people to this channel soon, we'll need as much help as we can get.
There should be a concern with recruitment to the team being too fast to effect the average experience level and professionalism.
We'll keep the requirements in place for new team members to observe on a certain number of interviews before their active participation.
5 observations, 2 practice notes, 5 notes, then they can conduct.
Practice notes meaning they will take notes but an experienced team member will also be taking notes for the same interview.

Last night, most of the interview team made plans to formulate a plan of action for improving the interview script. I and @Jason NY will take the lead on synthesizing all our various ideas and improvements into a concise, new interview script to present to Thomas as soon as it is ready. We settled on presenting the first draft of ideas this Sunday night, but Thomas has asked us to make these plans available to us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. So work on your ideas as soon as you can, go through the whole interview script, including the Unaffiliate and Returning Members script, and make a point-by-point word doc or .txt file for us to examine. I expect files from most, if not all, of you to bring as much mental power to this process as possible. We all have something unique to offer that can refine our interview into an impenetrable wall of security.
This needs to be done urgently in order to have a new plan put together for this current rush of interviews that will be taking place over the next few weeks. I want to have something new prepared for us in at most* a week's time, and I believe that to be easily accomplished with the proper effort in place.
Thank you for your hard work, gentlemen. We are the first line of defense.
