Reminder it will be 6 observations with 3 mock notes, then 6 notes, and then they can conduct.

The 3 mock notes can take place concurrently with the observations so technically the trainees can do 6 mock notes if they'd like.

You should all be more proactive in getting these guys to interview. Keep the channel active with updates and reminders throughout the day. THIS is our chance to break the membership rut we've been in for over a year.

We have a week or two at most to make sure the last 18 months haven't been for nothing, and to ensure we don't spend the NEXT 18 months repeating ourselves because we were sluggish now.

Do you have ideas/suggestions as to how we can keep them engaged and encourage them to go through with an interview?

Keep the interviews channel updated with reminders and standard info. Make sure that all are DM'd at least once with a more personal touch. Ask them if they have any questions (really the only answer is go through and interview but ask anyways). Just keep the pings coming. That's what people respond to.

It's digital crowd control.

Maybe drop a cool Telegram picture in with your announcements. Just keep them checking back. That's all that counts.
