I refuse to use gendered language in that way
since most german words which are "male" are gender neutral actually
and it just makes everything unecssisarily complicated
The sad part is ... it isnt "grammatical law" yet ... BUT our bureaucracy has been "told to use this", which means they are writing grammatically incorrect.

The supreme court decided to sort of force the speaker to allow voting on his replacement, which should be held as latest as the erection of a new government, immediately.

To some, it seems like an acceptable thing to do (those who hates the PM), to others (like me) it seems like a stepping out of line (again).
