This thing is no joke
You take the belt, wrap it around your waist and chain it to the center lifting part thing (don't know what to call it) and do squats while standing on the platform, it really helps with not hurting your back while squatting heavy. It's not quite the same as a full squat but it lights your legs up like the 4th of july
