ive change my plan from 5*5 to 12 *3 and deadlift feels alittle fucked

whats your squat max
5*5 is 25 12 *3 is 36 you can't be using the same weight as before
for the extra vol
im not trying to smash 90 out the gate for 12*3 XD

Just do monkey bars for grip every bar alternate between pullups and chin ups
Buy a pullup bar and dumbbells if you know you are going to be quarantined
I heard they wont you leave your place for 14-21 days
