Well you can't really make it out and also you can't really call everything a skinwalker. My idea is that A. It is fake. How did the guy get locked into a shed and also in the beginning of Video 1 you can hear the camera guy snicker. Or there is also B. It's a crackhead. Nothing paranormal or supernatural happened with the man so my guess is either it's fake or it's just a crackhead that got a little too deep. For video 2. I say the same. All the guy did was crouch down naked, crawl around and moan. The only notable thing was him hopping the fence but that is easy if you are inclined and know how to properly fence hop.
