I lay down when I meditate and I try to relax my body as much as possible as if I were trying to sink through the bed
after my surgery it'll be a 3-6 month rehab - then i'm going to reach for a 4 plat deadlift, 3 plate squat, 2 plate bench, 1 plate OHP for 5 reps each - going to be an awesome journey
don't forget decline bench and bench.....I bout the cheapo shit only 50 bucks a peice sould just got the 149 adjustable but too many points of failure
@LOGICWINS There are a few ways, my favourite is probably a bus-drive through the countryside. Insta meditation monk activated.
There is also shower-sensei.
Other than that, lay down as if to sleep. But do not sleep, just ignore the body and roam in the mind.

Any thoughts on best gym equipment for building mass to use in a small apartment? I don't have room for a bench setup, I have a few kettlebells but not sure if I need something more.
