I lay down when I meditate and I try to relax my body as much as possible as if I were trying to sink through the bed
after my surgery it'll be a 3-6 month rehab - then i'm going to reach for a 4 plat deadlift, 3 plate squat, 2 plate bench, 1 plate OHP for 5 reps each - going to be an awesome journey
don't forget decline bench and bench.....I bout the cheapo shit only 50 bucks a peice sould just got the 149 adjustable but too many points of failure

Box breathing is Excellent for starters. Very Simple and really effective
