I thought close grip bench had a way closer grip and focused more on tris. But that was nice dude

This is comp style but bad angle. Iām vid one of my heavy sets every session so Iāll get a better angle
Super close grip (inside shoulder width) puts more stress on wrists and shoulders. I take shoulder width and focus on āstackingā my elbows and forearms with minimal flair plus a more straight bar path
