I swear the hardest part about deadlifting heavy isn't the actual lift, but getting all those damn plates off after you're already exhausted.

2018-04-20 02:18:43 UTC

tbh^

2018-04-20 02:18:58 UTC

half the workout is always loading the bar

2018-04-20 02:19:21 UTC

Sometimes I just leave it

2018-04-21 14:31:27 UTC

Come on, @Deleted User! Don't leave the weight out.

2018-04-21 17:35:03 UTC

It's in my home so idgaf 😅

2018-04-21 20:36:54 UTC

Well, that changes everything. In that case, that allows everyone who visits to see how strong you are. 💪

2018-04-21 20:41:59 UTC

true, true haha

2018-04-23 20:09:07 UTC

You *did* do your squats today... Right, Anon?

2018-04-23 20:18:38 UTC

NO

2018-04-23 20:57:16 UTC

Deadlifts over squats any day

2018-04-23 20:57:51 UTC

tru

2018-04-23 23:50:25 UTC

Fucked up my knee the other day and hyperextendeded it real badly. Getting an MRI Wednesday but it looks like I'll be benching 4x a week for the foreseeable future. 🇫

2018-04-23 23:52:13 UTC

ffff

2018-04-24 00:28:05 UTC

@Nick-NJ sorry to hear that. how did it happen?

2018-04-24 03:16:38 UTC

G R I P S T R E N G T H

2018-04-24 16:38:15 UTC

Squat every day.

2018-04-29 22:17:59 UTC

found a 10 rep max at 320 today on deadlift 🤷

2018-04-30 01:35:07 UTC

@Deleted User estimated 1 rep max of 406. Does that sound accurate to you?

2018-04-30 02:09:13 UTC

that's what I'm shooting for, but those 1rm calculators are always weird

2018-04-30 03:11:10 UTC

If you're pushing 320 for 10 you should be able to get high 300s at least

2018-05-01 03:15:30 UTC

Yeah 320 for 10 is tough to calculate, but what he said ^

Does anyone know of a cardio program you can do on a weight bench?!?

2018-05-03 20:32:42 UTC

Why do you have to do a cardio program on a weight bench

2018-05-03 20:36:37 UTC

I don’t have to, just wondering if there was such a thing and how well it worked

2018-05-03 20:45:52 UTC

You could do like step ups or something

2018-05-03 22:15:56 UTC

Second week of only benching and upper body. The doc said I tore my mcl and pcl so I'm in a straight leg brace until further notice.

2018-05-03 22:16:38 UTC

I guess I never really used much leg drive though, because benching today wasn't much harder even though I had to keep my legs straight out the whole time

2018-05-03 22:20:39 UTC

@Nick-NJ damn. How’d that happen?

2018-05-04 00:27:12 UTC

@Nick-NJ does that mean when you heal you could put up even more if you use more leg drive? If so that's very impressive.

2018-05-04 00:31:27 UTC

@Deleted User Wrestling a buddy of mine. I got him to tap out but at the expense of my knee hyper extending to the right.

2018-05-04 00:32:13 UTC

@JesseJames hopefully man. Since bench is all I'm focusing on, I'm trying to hit the big 4 plate PR by the end of summer once this heals

2018-05-04 00:36:43 UTC

Thats awesome bro! You're a beast!

2018-05-04 00:49:05 UTC

Thanks man, hopefully goes as planned

2018-05-04 23:07:43 UTC

💪🏼

2018-05-05 04:38:50 UTC

I got stitches on my thumb, so grateful that it's in a spot that doesn't impede my training

2018-05-05 04:39:26 UTC

woulda been a tad bit *irate*

2018-05-06 22:02:55 UTC
