Some one red pill me on supps for joints. I am in my early 30’s and have never had joint pain until recently. I’ve red up on some forums but each post contradicts the next and I don’t know who to trust. I think my diet may be hurting me a bit there but I’m not sure.
Tumeric is a great herbal supplement to fight inflammation. MSM, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, Collagen, and ashwaganda are pretty good too. Any GNC will carry an abundance of them. Triflex is a relatively cheap formula that combines them, but imo Instaflex or Dr. Joints is a lot better. @JesseJames

Just started doing 100 burpees each and every day after I get off work now that it's tougher for me to get to the gym. Definitely a quick, killer workout.
