I don't meet a lot of plumbers these days, and the old guys I meet can't find anyone to train.

Kids now days think they can rap or do pranks on YouTube and become rich and famous. It's so easy why bother with learning anything.

FVTV get a 608 HVAC certification. It's fairly cheap and easy and it leads to a plethora of job opportunities

Work ethic has been diminishing since Gen X

The effort to pay ratio is often shit for most trades where you aren't your own boss.
