I'm doing so so. It was hard with my first client, I kept laughing when I tried to apply pressure because my arms hurt too. It's when I try to bend down or go up the stairs that kills me.
Well, it gets easier over time if that's any consolation 😃
What do you recommend for me to do? Should it be a rest day, repeat, or focus on other areas? I haven't been this sore in a long time.
