@TMatthews I thought fish was way out of my budget as a poor college student, but I recently found out about tilapia

2018-11-09 04:27:42 UTC

tilapia is OK if you season it nice

2018-11-09 04:27:47 UTC

@fgtveassassin As a slightly creaky 63-year-old I do 100 leg lifts while lying on a styrofoam half-roll. This minimizes the chance of injury while giving the abs a very good workout. Then I do several sets of upper body exercises with fairly light free weights. Then I go for a bike ride from 3 to 8 miles depending on how old I feel. I take two days off out of the seven in a week. I have a cousin how is 72 who does twice that much. Don't know how. I have a brother who is 60 who still works out like a young man. Do not ask me how.

2018-11-09 04:27:49 UTC

Also canned tuna

2018-11-09 04:27:50 UTC
