I have sympathy for spergs. It is what happens when people get Red Pilled too fast but are atomized. I understand the security reasons for excluding them. Perhaps an IE approved but formally unaffilliated content creator could run a video series on how to be pro white, and even have unpopular opinions, but personally improve.
what's the lore/QRD on the previous tone and leadership of IE?
any time the media likes to slander IE they just bring up shit the previous two leaders said
which was, to be fair, some off-the-wall stuff
Helicopter Mom podcast has a good saying: "normalize the radicals to radicalize the normie"
Nathan liked to say here that Identitarianism saved his life. I feel the same way.
I was literally just about to talk to someone about that guy.
The one you just removed
And I wake up to this
Seems pledge period is a good idea.
He threw up a lot of red flags earlier
ruthless efficiency around here
And yes, it is
@Alex Kolchak - NY we are _always_ watching 😉
😮
nah that’s good
Check out this GI France video.
Notice how they elevate and train lower members to represent and interview. I had never seen this guy before.
Notice the smart casual dress. Button down shirt under a nice sweater, very snug close fit, under a well fitting GI jacket.
The action is very simple but they are all in GI jackets, spaced out along the path, with those red markers to create an experience all just to hand out little fliers.
We have to get there!

I’d like to know if the implementation of pledgeship has helped out at all on member retention rates? Or has it been too soon to tell
Perhaps too soon to tell but I think it is helping and we need to identify new people more easily.
not quite what you asked, but giving good people who aren’t quite up to speed on the knowledge/ideas a second chance later on seems to be a good idea
I heard that’s a thing
I am very utilitarian. IE works best of all options. There fore IE knows best of all options proof in the pudding.
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN it knows best because it's constitutes if well-adjusted people, a very special thing
Very few orgs seem to be this way
@Matthias I guess next time someone throws up red flags I'll bring it up to leadership faster. I spoke with that guy just last evening. Kind of crazy how quickly it all happened.
We had an eye out but I think Ian had it when he posted that interview. Rightly so.
wewlad that was interesting to read through
couldn't figure out why his name was white until I kept reading
then i figured out why
Yeah he posted something by right-wing wingnat Ben Shapiro
next think you know he'll be posting gerbils quotes by famed extremist jack posobeic
dude that guy is way too radical. The things he’s done both in and out of Minecraft... sheesh
doesn't hold a candle to that stephen crowder natsee tho
*shudders*
@Matthias you saw the one they did in Austria? Had a GI canopy / info booth set up also
does our merch include an IE jacket again yet?
>winter is coming dot meme
Patches to brand your own
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN I totally get what you said about spergs. A lot of them aren't malicious people, they just feel hopeless.
Talking to them can be kind of scary. There's a lot of memes about them that are funny from a distance, but hearing people say genuinely extreme stuff with a straight face is a bit of a creepy feeling.
I don't mean that in an SJW sense of "his opinion triggered me", I mean the kinds of tactics some people advocate for.
