Controlled opposition.....?

@VinceChaos. ๐Ÿ’ฏ

Lord, make me an instrument of your will. Where there is injustice against my people may I bring right. Where there is error may I bring truth. Where my people despair may I bring hope. Grant that I may comfort my people rather than to be comforted - to serve them rather than to be served. For it is by putting the needs of my people before my own that I may best serve to secure the existence of my race and a future for White children. Good night, and peace be with you.

I feel that right now, I just had a lot of coffee with dessert earlier and now I canโ€™t sleep

2018-11-23 07:27:05 UTC

I don't know why I can't sleep

2018-11-23 07:27:12 UTC

Well, I mean, I can guess

2018-11-23 07:27:33 UTC

maybe it has something to do with the 3-3.5 pound baby in my abdomen and all the hormones associated with it

2018-11-23 07:28:20 UTC

I laid down for an hour and couldn't fall asleep so I got back up

2018-11-23 07:29:20 UTC

2018-11-23 07:33:29 UTC

Myself I've always had to deal with Insomnia since I was a teenager, off & on throughout the years now. I know it can get quite annoying at times..

2018-11-23 07:33:51 UTC

I was a pretty big insomniac during high school

2018-11-23 07:34:36 UTC

well most of my childhood really. my mom rocked me in a rocking chair until I was 7, and then I was just old enough to pretend to be asleep so that she could get some sleep.

2018-11-23 07:34:56 UTC

Awww

2018-11-23 07:35:00 UTC

I tried everything-meditation before bed, sleepy tea, no technology, etc.

2018-11-23 07:35:07 UTC

Benadryl worked for awhile

2018-11-23 07:35:13 UTC

but then I must have built up a tolerance

2018-11-23 07:36:28 UTC

Best sleep I ever got was in college and these past few years with my husband. Must have grown out of it

2018-11-23 07:38:21 UTC

Ya i go through waves myself. Sometimes i listen to beach sounds or watersounds at night, been awhike since did that, have the benadryl just in case, have also done the tea,all kinds. If i could get back into taking a bath before bed that may help some.
Ya i did good while daughter was growing up,now its coming back again, she is in her 4th yr college, life adjustment all over again..

2018-11-23 07:39:07 UTC
