Myself I've always had to deal with Insomnia since I was a teenager,off & on throughout the years now. I know it can get quite annoying at times..

I was a pretty big insomniac during high school

well most of my childhood really. my mom rocked me in a rocking chair until I was 7, and then I was just old enough to pretend to be asleep so that she could get some sleep.

I tried everything-meditation before bed, sleepy tea, no technology, etc.

Benadryl worked for awhile

but then I must have built up a tolerance

Best sleep I ever got was in college and these past few years with my husband. Must have grown out of it

Ya i go through waves myself. Sometimes i listen to beach sounds or watersounds at night,been awhike since did that,have the benadryl just in case,have also done the tea,all kinds. If i could get back into taking a bath before bed that may help some.
Ya i did good while daughter was growing up,now its coming back again,she is in her 4th yr college,life adjustment all over again..

My rhythms have been all out of sync lately

And being on electronics dont help,usually reading before bed helps some.
