My earlier point was that your belief in this being a "stolen election" doesn't change the official viewpoint. Even if it's 100% true that every single vote for Biden was completely fake, and all the courts lied about it because they're corrupt democrats, it doesn't change the fact that Biden is the **official, legal** victor, whether any of us like it or not. Therefore, trying to declare martial law to keep Trump in office under the basis of "it was a stolen election" is entirely unconstitutional.
