Electives are generally p gay
I enjoyed a few of mine though
Baby poop calls, brb
hey, electives are my full time job now! (art)
I did one that was “survey of Buddhist art of Bactria”
Never had a elective i enjoyed
All I did so I could amass credits
My public speaking elective was good.
I changed majors because of reasons so I’m graduating with an obscene amount of hours
@ophiuchus They provide padding in your schedule so it's not just a stack of computer science and math classes.
waiting for the day @Asatru Artist - MD's professor calls him a failed artist...
"I'll have you know that I'm the lead graphic designer for a national org, good sir 😎 "
@Josh M. -OH I'm doing a communications minor and use public speaking classes to give speeches on immigration.
Psychology was the biggest BS in terms of HS electives, basically gender studies with Marxist undertones and a online printable psychology worksheet.
My school is Yuge so I have some cool electives. Like Foundations of Leadership
Good man.
literally all my electives are history classes. taking one next semester on "conspiracy theories in 20th century europe and the united states"
@Goose I can only imagine the reactions of my professors if they knew my current "position" <:deye:359010025223618570>, and who I've worked for the past 17 years (the right/far right).
Currently procrastinating on writing my bachelors term paper
Electives I’ve taken include- linguistic phonology, orchestration, and epidemiology
@Asatru Artist - MD ever accidentally outed yourself by agreeing with something no one else in class did?
i'm careful...
might be my autism kicking in, but i'll never understand people not speaking out in their classes
I outed myself by being the only one agreeing with Ayn Rand on some shit we were discussing.
yeah, no pushback is why we are where we are
its sad when Ayn Rand is "bad" <:really:453005408064241674>
I out myself every day in class
i was pretty vocal about the collapse of all 3 towers in my engineering classes.
people rolled their eyes at me until we watched a video on http://www.engineersjournal.ie/2015/12/08/citicorp-centre-tower-failure-averted/
We have audio of @Jacob outing himself. <:chad:359013583469805568>
God I wish I was a nationalist identitarian in college
All I remember is that it was some thing where her view was the only logical conclusion. Like a small dumb thing. The professor was perplexed too. Like, "really, you agree with Rand?" We didn't discuss further.
I promise you don’t
>tfw I'm a "Yankee" that seems to agree with all the southern bois in here. <:nervous:359009898115104770>
@Asatru Artist - MD I’m a half breed so I’ve always been out here
@ophiuchus I coulda pushed back even in small ways I was libertarian conservative anyway
i still use libertarian talking points when i want to push back against some virtue-signaling lefty
Same, my views were a little less...woke...even just a few years ago. Basically just a race realist lolbertarian until a couple years ago.
public policy class semester was whack. literally me versus the whole class except I slowly won over like 3 White guys in the class over the course of the semester. it's fun as hell being a nationalist identitarian because you can pushback and win most arguments except for the fact that 99% of people vehemently dislike your talking points and ideology lol
"i'm morally superior" doesn't work when you maintain a center position to point out hypocrisy
yeah, its easy to point out leftist hypocrisy
