2018-11-27 21:20:14 UTC

My public speaking elective was good.

2018-11-27 21:20:18 UTC

I changed majors because of reasons so I’m graduating with an obscene amount of hours

2018-11-27 21:20:46 UTC

@Jacob yeah there’s some fun ones I missed but oh well

2018-11-27 21:20:53 UTC

@ophiuchus They provide padding in your schedule so it's not just a stack of computer science and math classes.

2018-11-27 21:21:05 UTC

waiting for the day @Asatru Artist - MD's professor calls him a failed artist...
"I'll have you know that I'm the lead graphic designer for a national org, good sir 😎 "

2018-11-27 21:21:41 UTC

@Josh M. -OH I'm doing a communications minor and use public speaking classes to give speeches on immigration.

2018-11-27 21:21:53 UTC

Psychology was the biggest BS in terms of HS electives, basically gender studies with Marxist undertones and a online printable psychology worksheet.

2018-11-27 21:21:53 UTC

My school is Yuge so I have some cool electives. Like Foundations of Leadership

2018-11-27 21:21:53 UTC

Good man.

2018-11-27 21:21:59 UTC

literally all my electives are history classes. taking one next semester on "conspiracy theories in 20th century europe and the united states"

2018-11-27 21:22:26 UTC

@Goose I can only imagine the reactions of my professors if they knew my current "position" <:deye:359010025223618570>, and who I've worked for the past 17 years (the right/far right).

2018-11-27 21:22:37 UTC

Currently procrastinating on writing my bachelors term paper

2018-11-27 21:23:29 UTC

Electives I’ve taken include- linguistic phonology, orchestration, and epidemiology

2018-11-27 21:23:41 UTC

I’d love college if it didn’t suck

2018-11-27 21:24:06 UTC

@Asatru Artist - MD ever accidentally outed yourself by agreeing with something no one else in class did?

2018-11-27 21:24:23 UTC

i'm careful...

2018-11-27 21:24:50 UTC

might be my autism kicking in, but i'll never understand people not speaking out in their classes

2018-11-27 21:25:06 UTC

I outed myself by being the only one agreeing with Ayn Rand on some shit we were discussing.

2018-11-27 21:25:10 UTC

yeah, no pushback is why we are where we are

2018-11-27 21:25:37 UTC

its sad when Ayn Rand is "bad" <:really:453005408064241674>

2018-11-27 21:26:05 UTC

I out myself every day in class

2018-11-27 21:26:06 UTC

i was pretty vocal about the collapse of all 3 towers in my engineering classes.
people rolled their eyes at me until we watched a video on http://www.engineersjournal.ie/2015/12/08/citicorp-centre-tower-failure-averted/

2018-11-27 21:26:24 UTC

We have audio of @Jacob outing himself. <:chad:359013583469805568>

2018-11-27 21:26:51 UTC

God I wish I was a nationalist identitarian in college

2018-11-27 21:27:01 UTC

All I remember is that it was some thing where her view was the only logical conclusion. Like a small dumb thing. The professor was perplexed too. Like, "really, you agree with Rand?" We didn't discuss further.

2018-11-27 21:27:06 UTC

I promise you don’t

2018-11-27 21:27:20 UTC

>tfw I'm a "Yankee" that seems to agree with all the southern bois in here. <:nervous:359009898115104770>

2018-11-27 21:27:41 UTC

@Asatru Artist - MD I’m a half breed so I’ve always been out here

2018-11-27 21:27:45 UTC

@ophiuchus I coulda pushed back even in small ways I was libertarian conservative anyway
