I’m the king of small talk lol I wonder if people find it obnoxious

To be honest I generally ignore people who I don't know well

deep south anglo pleasantries require an intense dedication to small talk

I always make sure to initiate it I feel like I’m more likable they associate me with being friendly and kind of they don’t know me that well

just about everyone I know down here spends a ton of time with their massive extended family every holiday

I don't really know anyone in my family besides my parents

Like, I've met them, but I only saw them occasionally as a kid and I haven't seen them in years now

the last large family event I was at for my mother's deep south mississippi family had 75ish relatives there

You’ll just have to have a bunch of kids down the road start your own. You could have up to 4 dozen great grand children if you have about 4 kids and they continue

It's kinda weird because the rest of my family is actually pretty close to each other
