bringing back the family clan is the move. keeping money and property within the family, growing the familial influence in your home city/town/state, etc. it's a very sustainable system
My dad had the opportunity to do that, too
He could have inherited the house he was born in, which has now expanded to be a multigenerational home
It's divided into sections, so they still have privacy and all
