I just made a quick lunch xD
Don't have pictures but just made scrambled eggs + home smoked bacon on a green chile cheese bagel - heavenly
We did a boil at my Uncles house yesterday and I made out like a bandit with some great leftovers π
Made hash browns with some potatoes and made an omelette with spinach, corn, onion, celery and Shrimp.
If sea food is not your thing so be it.
But this is an Awesome Creation. π
Looks good!! Never put shrimp in an omelette before, I'll have to try it someday!

@Nope if you want one that will last a LONG time get a commercial grade one at a local Restaurant supply house.

at the pan seer stage of the steak, can you still baste the steak with butter and rosemary? As I notice they encourage cooking the steak with butter on the skillet
Yup, you can add in your rosemary and garlic when your searing and itβll be good

I got my Grandparents to warm up to butter & rosemary since they're pretty stingy with just salt & pepper
I do want to try garlic in the mix
I take it 1 clove works?
