Don't have pictures but just made scrambled eggs + home smoked bacon on a green chile cheese bagel - heavenly

We did a boil at my Uncles house yesterday and I made out like a bandit with some great leftovers 😋

Made hash browns with some potatoes and made an omelette with spinach, corn, onion, celery and Shrimp.

If sea food is not your thing so be it.
But this is an Awesome Creation. 😋
