Another technique many employers use is to just toss any resume with a vibrant name. It's not discrimination if you never interview them lol.
I believe you must keep applications for a certain amount of days though
@The Eternal Anglo He is not. I'm the CTO.
@Isabella Locke-MT I think that's 15.
It's a "family business."
I hope you guys and gals had a great exercising/lifting session, and read some good books today 💪 💪
@The Eternal Anglo I finished my second giant tub of whey isolate after my lifting session. It's like the reverse of having a baby (mass goes in)
Even cradled the empty tubs before recycling them. RIP
I've been reading about herbalism
Mass goes in, gains come out my dude 💪
how to make your own medicines
Hot take: the only supplement that has legitimate purpose is creatine
Everything else is consumerism
Protein powder in milk helps reach macros
From what I understand, the body can only absorb protein at such a rate that most of the protein in a protein shake is pissed out.
I did stop taking BCAA after I finished the first tub because of price though lol
Milk+protein is the only way to go. I can't stand the different between soy whey and regular protein tubs like Syntha 6
@⚡Clark⚡ I usually drink it slowly while online. All I know is I am bigger than I was in late August (when I started lifting and joined IE)
Bigger but leaner
Whey isolate in coffee is good too
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN whether protein powder is beneficial or not tbh doesn’t influence my decision on using it. Personally I say don’t be a P and eat some chicken breast
I eat lots of meat. But I am 300 lbs, getting to the right macros can use a little help
What’s your body fat percentage? @Wood-Ape - OK/MN
No clue. No coin for a fancy scan. Less than it was for sure
Are you high body fat or a giant
I am 6'9". Were you at DtR?
No sir
Ah you’re a big lad
Ah. Yes, I am tall
There's another tall guy apparently among the pledges
@Wood-Ape - OK/MN In awe at the size of this lad, absolute unit
My legs won't grow though. Squats and weighted calf work and running isn't keeping up with my upper body. Soon to be chicken legs
Anyway this is fitness server posting so I digress.
I can relate, my legs are too long for my body and hard to build
Just registered for lopf
@Isabella Locke-MT lovely! Would love to chat about herbalism sometime! It is also a passion of mine
I haven't studied it much since my liberal 'Wiccan' days so I forgot a lot. Currently reading Medicinal Herbs: A Beginner's Guide by Rosemary Gladstar
so what are these holiday posters that Patrick was talking about on Wednesday?
@Isabella Locke-MT http://innergywellness.com/energy-healing/muscle-testing/
The women in my family swear vy this.
I find muscle testing fascinating, i have not used it, but have seen it done.
@Isabella Locke-MT I also like Matthew Wood's work and his books.
