Man...he made an ASSLOAD of money doing that. An unbelievable amount of money. He was doing that for himself. If Hillary had the same chemistry amongst social media during the election, and it would have earned him more money...that's where he would've gone.

It's really impossible to say if he had a positive effect on getting Trump elected. Were there exit polls conducted on people who voted for Trump, where they were asked who influenced them to do so? It's presumptuous to assume Cerno had any real effect, with no scientific data on it other than his boasting that he had some sort of immeasurable effect.
